Acreage Reports
All Acreage Reports must be signed and submitted by July 15.
Current
Acreage Reports and FSA certification (578 with map) are
required to prepare loss forms.
If you
have planted additional land or replanted Ghost (2nd
crop) acres, it must be reported by the reporting date even
though it is not insured.

Crop
Hail
Cotton July Rates go into effect on Saturday June 25th.
Rates are basically half price, for example Cotton DD20 is
$5 per $100 Coverage.
If you
were paid a Crop Hail loss on Cotton please report how you
want any remaining coverage to attach or move to intact
crops.
Crop Hail
is available on non-insurable alternative crops for Hail
Loss only. Milo Insurance is less than $2 per acre.

Loss
Information
We cannot assist you in preparing or signing Loss Papers per
procedure changes in the 2005 RMA Reinsurance Agreement.
Adjusters will be calling you directly for your verification
and signatures. Please meet them ASAP to expedite loss
payments (they will only be available on certain days).
You may
have completed Acreage Reports on lost Cotton, remember to
submit revised acreage report on other planted or replanted
acres regardless of the crop planted – Insured and
Uninsured.
Adjusters
require FSA 578 Forms with maps to complete loss papers.
Please request these with any certification changes you
make, we cannot request them on your behalf
